09.03.2020 | Showrooms OPEN

Effective 09/03/20, the Porsche Okemos showroom will be open to welcome guests. Face coverings are required per the Governor's Ordinance and all guests must practice social distancing during the visit.The online sales team is also available for your new and used vehicle needs. We are still offering at-home test drives and delivery for all new and pre-owned vehicle sales. Our service department is open and continues offering complimentary pick-up and drop-off for your convenience and safety. To keep you and our employees healthy, we are following strict social distancing guidelines during all customer encounters and the complete sanitization of every vehicle in our care.

04.27.2020 | Now Open Saturdays

We have expanded our hours and are now available to you on Saturday.

ONLINE: New & Used vehicle sales are OPEN from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM At-home test drives and delivery available.

Service Hours:

Mon - Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, open for customers. Home pickup and delivery are also available.

 

04.13.2020 | Online Sales Available

While our showroom remains closed, Porsche Okemos is now available for online sales Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. With this, home delivery of all new and pre-owned vehicle sales is available. Our service departments remain open from 8 AM to 5 PM offering in-person, pick-up, and drop-off options. 

Your safety and the safety of our team members are our absolute top priority. As a reminder, we are still taking every precaution and focused on the following: 

- To support social distancing initiatives, we have modified our employee work schedules in order to reduce the number of employees who are present on our campus. 

- We are doing our best to source materials that are currently in short supply, such as hand sanitizers, cleaners, and gloves.

- Additional measures are being taken by our cleaning team to assure that our facilities are both clean, sanitary, and disinfected.

- We are cleaning contact surfaces in each vehicle prior to customer return.

- Most importantly, we have required that those who are not feeling well must stay home.

03.24.2020 | Updated Store Hours

 

In accordance with the Executive Order from Governor Gretchen Whitmer, our sales department will be closed until further notice. Our service department will remain operational with slightly reduced hours. The new service hours will be from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday and we will be closed on Saturday and Sunday. The department will be open to customers, we will also offer pick-up and delivery for service vehicles. For immediate assistance, please call us at 517.853.2600.

To our community, 

 

The Serra Auto Campus is founded on the philosophy take care of the customer (our community) and the employee (our team), and the rest will take care of itself.  This philosophy is true now more than ever and will help direct our efforts in response to COVID-19.

 

To address this effort, we have asked our team to implement the following measures:

- To support social distancing initiatives, we are open normal business hours but we have modified our employee work schedules in order to reduce the number of employees who are present on our campus. 

- We are doing our best to source materials that are currently in short supply, such as hand sanitizers, cleaners, and gloves.

- Additional measures are being taken by our cleaning team to assure that our facilities are both clean, sanitary, and disinfected.

- We are cleaning contact surfaces in each vehicle prior to customer return.

- Most importantly, we have required that those who are not feeling well must stay home.

We also feel a responsibility to our community to support your critical mobility needs during this time.  We are ready to step up and deliver on the following:

Service:  Come visit us or we will come visit you

- Visit Us (Drop-in):  we are ready and waiting to serve you

- Visit Us (Call Ahead):  we will schedule a courtesy vehicle for you

- Visit You:  call us and we will come pick up your vehicle and deliver back to you
